Well, we took Trevor in and got him fixed.  Somehow he gained a mysterious gash on his foot, so they sewed that up too.
He's home now and seems to be ok.  I'm sure he'll be back to bouncing all over the house in a few days.
He now weighs 8 lbs up from 5.5 lbs on his last vet visit.

So, how can I say no when the animals show up in our garage?
Here is Elliot our new kitten.

Ok, so how is the new Hulk movie?  I'm planning on going sometime this week, and was wondering if anyone saw it and thought it sucked or was at least decent.

Well, we managed to survive the Hunter family reunion at my parents place.

What was supposed to only last a few hours wound up lasting well into the evening.
We left at about 10PM or so and there were still people milling about, playing horse shoes, drinking, fishing and so forth.

I don't think my mom will be too thrilled about having it there again next year though.

It's been a long time since I've posted an update to my live journal page.
Photo links are currently down, due to Ray fiddling with our server and setting up our new Myth TV box.
Hopefully he will have it up and running again soon, or maybe I'll just start linking to my flickr page.
We've added a new kitten to our zoo named Trevor.

Hopefully I will start to update this thing a little more often.

I'm currently still playing World of Warcraft and Conan:  HYborian Adventures(not liking Conan as much as I'd like to like it)

Current Mood: blah

Here are a few pictures of my carnivorous plants.  Please note, I suck at taking pictures!

My first butterwort.  It's just now coming out of dormancy.
Last year it enveloped the pot, and when it went dormant it sprouted babies around the main plant.

Here is one of the babies I transplanted from the mother titan butterwort.

This is my Nepenthes that hangs in the bedroom.  The tag that was on it when I purchased this plant said it was a Nepenthes Alata.
There is some kind of unknown fern that sprouted up and is living in the same pot with it.

I finally broke down and got a place to keep my carnivorous plants! Hopefully now that I have the rack with proper lighting my waning Nepenthes will perk up and start producing pitchers again. The plants aren't much to look at right now, since I just divided the lance leaf sundew and the mexican butterwort into 4 parts each.

I will post more pictures of the plants as they grow later.

For now, here is a picture of the new plant home.

This is my first post in what may prove to be the most boring journal ever!
